Paperman Media (Bhubaneswar )- The Housing & Urban Development Department, Government of Odisha, has issued an official order for the conduct of a Special Appellate Camp Court scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 3:00 PM at Unnati Bhawan, Bhubaneswar.
The Camp Court has been convened for hearing and disposal of appeal cases arising out of orders issued by the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) and the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC).
Senior officers of the Department have been designated as Appellate Authorities to ensure expeditious disposal of the pending appeal cases. The designated Appellate Authorities include Smt. Usha Padhee, Additional Chief Secretary to Government; Shri Arindam Dakua, Director, Municipal Administration , Sri Gangadhar Naik,Special Secretary , Shri Sourindra Routray, Additional Secretary; Shri Binay Kumar Dash, Additional Secretary; Shri Rabindra Kumar Sahoo, Additional Secretary; Shri Sahadev Samudia, Additional Secretary , Shri Subhananda Mohapatra, Additional Secretary and Shri Satrughna Kar, Additional Secretary.
To facilitate smooth and efficient proceedings, designated officers and supporting staff have been attached to the respective Appellate Authorities for assistance in case management and related proceedings.
The assisting officials have been instructed to collect all relevant case records from the Town Planning (TP) Section of the Department in advance to ensure proper preparation and timely disposal of appeals during the Camp Court proceedings.
