Paperman Media (Bhubaneswar )- The 66th All Odisha State Senior Swimming Championship-2026 begins today at the indoor Aquatic Centre, Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar.
Opening ceremony with a colourful March past was held at 5.00P.M. The ceremony was presided over by the President of the Association Pradip Kumar Padhee. Bijay Kumar Swain, Additional Secretary, Department of sports & Youth Services joined as the chief guest. Sudhakar Naik, Additional Secretary (DSYS) and Amit Ku. Naik, Deputy Secretary ( DSYS ) joined as the guest honour.
A total of 136 (99 Men & 37 Women) athletes across 18 districts of Odisha are competing for Honours in this event . 40 Technical officials & volunteers are executing the championship.
General Secretary of the Association Golapmani Mahanta and Bijay Kumar Dixit , Treasurer of the Association were present in the inaugural ceremony.
