Jio Adds 3.27 Lakh Mobile Subscribers in Odisha in July

Reliance Jio further strengthened its position as Odisha’s leading digital service provider by adding 3.27 lakh new mobile subscribers in July 2026, according to the latest data released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).

Jio added 3,27,034 subscribers, significantly ahead of Airtel, which added 80,405, while Vodafone Idea gained 9,667 subscribers. BSNL recorded a decline of 4,707 subscribers during the month. The growth pushed Odisha’s total wireless subscriber base beyond 3.9 crore.

Jio’s total mobile subscriber base in Odisha has now crossed 1.85 crore, giving it a market share of over 47.4%. The company also added around 11,000 JioAirFiber and JioFiber connections in July, taking its home broadband subscriber base in the state beyond 8 lakh.

Nationally, Jio added over 24 lakh mobile and more than 5 lakh home broadband subscribers during July. The company said its expanding 4G, 5G and broadband network continues to support Odisha’s digital transformation across urban and rural areas.
